The Judge of Municipal Court allows many violations to be paid prior to your scheduled court date. This is referred to by the court as posting a cash bond.

However, if you received more than one citation and any of those citations are for a Mandatory Appearance you will be required to come to court.

To post a cash bond by mail, please send money order (ONLY), payable to the City of Dalton, and a copy or your citation(s) to:

To pay your citation in person, please visit the Clerk’s Office at the above address.

When you pay in person, we accept cash, money orders VISA or MASTERCARD.
